About Lauren Polan
Hello. My name is Lauren Polan. I was born and raised right here in Los Angeles. In 1983 I began my career as a full time real estate professional, servicing the needs of Buyers and Sellers in Greater Los Angeles County. My motto is "One call does it all," which means the full marketing and servicing of all the properties I represent. In fact, I was the Associate Manager for the top office for Coldwell Banker nationwide. Other agents would come to me for advice. I now dedicate myself full time to my clients. My experience also includes being employed by many lending institutions to help them value and sell their properties. I can and will provide you with the type of service you want and deserve. Work experience (relating to real estate)
1992 - Present: I was approached by Coldwell Banker to work as a full time real estate agent and to become an Associate Manager, due to my high production and knowledge regarding real estate contracts and law. I earned the designation as a Previews Specialist and have earned recognition as member of the President´s Elite due to my consistency in selling estate properties and high production.
1988 - 1992: I worked for June Scott & Associates as a full time real estate agent. Ms. Scott asked me to join her office after meeting me at a showing of an estate in Bel Air. I received $12,000 just for walking in the front door.
1983 - 1988: I worked at Alvarez, Hyland & Young Real Estate Office. I started as a sales assistant working directly for the owners of the company and shortly after I began, obtained my real estate license. This was excellent training and opened many doors in the form of introductions into now what has become a strong clientele base.
1979 - 1983: I was employed by Petersen Publishing Company as an assistant in their advertising department. My duties included working with advertisers, taking and placing ads in various publications as well as writing ad copy and setting up ads for print. This experience was extremely valuable in regards to real estate, for promoting and advertising the properties I represent.
