live in Las Vegas, Nevada and when my husband's Uncle who is elderly
needed to sell his home in Los Angeles, we flew into town to help him
out. While in town we interviewed several real estate agents
including Lauren Polan. Lauren not only supplied us with a
complete marketing analysis, she also gave us suggestions as to what we
should do to improve the property. When we explained that our
uncle was not up to handling any repairs and that we needed to return to
